Who we are

Flycoder Pty Ltd ("Flycoder", "we", "us") is a software consultancy based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through flycoder.io, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the services you are interested in and anything you write in your message.

When you book a discovery call, the booking is handled by Cal.com, which collects your name, email address and any details you add to the booking.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. It does not tell us who you are.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and, if we end up working together, to manage that engagement. Analytics data is used only to improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information or add you to a mailing list without your consent.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, which hosts this site. Booking details are stored by Cal.com and analytics data by Google. These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on, to stop analytics tracking.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through the contact form on our home page. We will respond within 30 days.

If you have a question or concern about how we handle your information, let us know through the contact form first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
